Description:

The MediaPreserve Required Element Set is a vocabulary of seven properties for use in asset description. These descriptions are used throughout the tracking of media assets during ingest and production, and will also be used in the generation of XML, spreadsheet, JSON, or other metadata containers for use by the client and provided with digitized file deliverables. The MediaPreserve Element Sets are used in conjunction with a wide variety of standards and schemas associated with audio, film, and video preservation and digitization.
